PILAR MORETZSOHN · METHOD
Listening, clarity and movement.
Every project begins with a careful reading of the context, to build a narrative people can understand, sustain and put into practice.

Facilitation that turns conversation into action
METHOD · THE FIVE STEPS
Observe. Name. Choose. Say. Sustain.
A system for turning thought and emotion into responsible communication, from the first perception to the conversation that keeps producing effect in practice.
- Observe. Notice facts, thoughts, emotions and context without treating them as one single thing.
- Name. Give precise language to what is happening and to what is still blurred.
- Choose. Define intention, boundaries, who you are talking to and what needs to happen after the conversation.
- Say. Build and hold the conversation with clarity, presence and responsibility.
- Sustain. Keep word, behavior and decision coherent, including when the conversation creates discomfort.
TOOLS OF THE METHOD
Three pocket tools.
The method comes to life in three tools designed to keep working after the session ends. In Monday’s 1:1, in the results meeting, in the conversation that kept being postponed.
The Three-Question Pause (P3)
Before the hard conversation, one minute and three questions. What am I feeling? What am I thinking? What do I choose to say? Feeling is involuntary. Saying is a choice. The pause opens the space between one and the other, and responsible communication lives in that space.
The Unsaid Inventory
Everyone carries an invisible list. The discomfort that was never named, the postponed bad news, the request never made, the boundary still owed, the swallowed question. And the compliment kept inside. The Inventory makes that list visible and private, and every week one conversation from the list becomes a real one. Not the most dramatic. The most mature. Kept words charge interest, and the Inventory settles the account, one conversation at a time.
The Door Test
Three questions decide whether a word is ready. With whom? The person the conversation belongs to, not an audience. How much? The dose that serves the relationship, not the one that brings relief in the moment. What for? A decision, a boundary, a repair or a request. Three clear answers, and the door opens. If one is missing, the conversation goes back to the Inventory to mature.
This page holds each tool’s concept and signature. The full mechanics are delivered in the room, in workshops and consulting.
ABOUT PILAR
Courage isn’t speaking in public. It’s holding the conversation afterwards.
Pilar Moretzsohn works so that important ideas do not stay trapped in presentations, documents or well-rehearsed speeches. As a strategic communication consultant and corporate speaker, she helps leaders and teams turn complex subjects into conversations that are clear, human and able to generate movement.
Her focus is on what happens after the meeting ends: how a message is understood, repeated, applied and absorbed by people. Because strategy only gains force when it stops being an intention and starts guiding decisions, relationships and everyday behavior.
Words with Passion Change the World is the expression of that vision: an author-led platform dedicated to creating spaces for reflection, dialogue and action through keynotes, workshops and consulting projects.
