When does it make sense to get in touch?
When an important strategy is not landing the way it should; when messages and experiences contradict each other; or when a leader, an offer or a change needs to gain clarity and consistency.
What is the difference between a keynote, a workshop and consulting?
A keynote opens a relevant conversation for a broad audience. A workshop puts the team through real conversations. Consulting stays with a challenge over time. The format changes; the commitment to movement does not.
What is agreed before we begin?
Objective, audience, format, duration, dates and what needs to happen after the communication. Everything is agreed in conversation before any commitment.
Can the formats be combined?
Yes. A keynote can open the subject, a workshop turns reflection into practice, and consulting sustains the change day to day.
What should you include when requesting a keynote?
The central theme or challenge, the audience profile, the objective of the event, the date, the location, the format and the expected duration.
How does a conversation start?
Send the context by email. Pilar assesses the fit and comes back to align on format and next steps.
